Thank you for choosing Glow Beauty Nails & Spa. By receiving any services, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. These policies help us maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for everyone.

Health & Safety - Sanitation Standards

At Glow Beauty Nails & Spa, your health and safety are our top priority. We strictly adhere to state regulations and best practices:

  • All tools and implements are cleaned and disinfected using EPA-registered disinfectants
  • Disposable items are single-use and discarded after each client
  • Manicure and pedicure stations are thoroughly sanitized before each service
  • Our salon is well-lit, well-ventilated, and maintained in a clean condition
  • All staff are fully licensed and trained in proper sanitation procedures
Allergies & Skin Reactions

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to nail products. Please inform our staff before your service if you have any known allergies.

  • Inform us of any allergies to acrylic, gel, polish, latex, or chemicals
  • A patch test 24 hours prior is recommended for sensitive skin
  • Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if a reaction occurs
Medical Conditions Disclosure

Please inform us of any medical conditions so we can provide the safest service possible:

  • Diabetes or poor circulation: Extra care will be taken
  • Infections, open wounds, or fungal conditions: Services cannot be performed on affected areas
  • Pregnancy: Please let us know for your comfort
Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy

We stand behind our work and want you to be happy with your service.

  • All sales are final. No refunds on completed services.
  • If you are not satisfied due to a technician error, please notify us immediately or within 24 hours
  • We will offer a complimentary corrective appointment within 5 business days (subject to management approval)
  • Changes of color or design after service completion are not eligible for correction
Nail Care & Maintenance Instructions

To maintain your beautiful nails and warranty coverage:

  • Avoid excessive water exposure for the first 24 hours
  • Use cuticle oil daily
  • Avoid using nails as tools
  • Wear gloves when doing dishes or cleaning
  • Schedule maintenance every 2–3 weeks
  • Damage caused by improper care is not covered under warranty
Payment Methods & Pricing

Payment is required at the time of service.

  • Cash, Venmo, Zelle (no fee)
  • Credit/Debit Cards – 2.5% convenience fee applies
  • Gift Cards

Gratuity: Tips are always appreciated but never required.

Online Booking & Deposit
  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm online appointments
  • The deposit will be credited toward your final bill
SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and booking an appointment, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS from Glow Beauty Nails & Spa.

  • Message frequency varies based on appointment activity
  • Message & data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time
Late Arrival Policy
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or shortened service
Gift Cards
  • No cash refunds or exchanges on gift cards
  • Gift cards do not expire within 5 years (per federal law)
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced
Children & Pets Policy

Children: Only children receiving services are welcome. For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot supervise children not being serviced.

Pets: Pets are not allowed (service animals are the only exception).

Personal Items & Liability

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

Salon Courtesy & Phone Etiquette
  • Please silence your phone or use vibrate mode during service
  • If you must take a call, please step outside
  • Keep phone conversations at normal volume
  • Respect our staff and other clients at all times
Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for the safety and comfort of our staff and clients. This includes disruptive behavior, intoxication, failure to follow policies, or suspected contagious conditions.

We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, disability, or any other protected class under federal and Pennsylvania law.
